MARION — The recipients of two scholarships from the Marion Social Club were announced Friday, June 7.

Lillian Manning of Marion, a graduate of Bishop Stang High School, was awarded a $1,500 scholarship.

Jacob Hadley of Marion, a graduate of Old Rochester Regional High School, was awarded the $2,500 William H. Claflin Jr. Scholarship Award.

The Marion Social Club has worked to assist youth and elderly in the Tri-Town area for over thirty years, according to a press release.
