Mattapoisett Recreation is partnering with Bristol Community College Kids College to offer a Lego robotics program. The intro to Lego engineering course is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of robotics with an integrated curriculum using hands-on projects.

Students build and work with Lego models using movable pulleys, gears and belt drives. This course promotes team building and creativity for children ages 8-10.

The program is on Thursdays from 4-6 p.m., Nov. 3-Dec. 15 and will be held at Center School in the first floor computer lab. The cost is $90. Register by Oct. 24 at www.mattrec.net. Email MattRec with any questions at mattrec@mattapoisett.net or call 508-758-4548.
