MARION — The Elizabeth Taber Library is inviting kids who may not be able to stay up until midnight on New Year’s Eve to join the library earlier in the day.

From 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31, the library will be ringing in the new year midday.

There will be a countdown at noon, crafts, a bubble wrap dance floor and light refreshments.
