Marion Recreation will sponsor the first Seaside Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday, April 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Sippican School.

The fair will promote overall health awareness to showcase the many opportunities available for participants in the area and encourage them to lead a healthy, active lifestyle.

More than 20 businesses and community organizations will have information tables, free fitness classes, giveaways and presentations.

The Southcoast Mobile Health van will  offer free screenings.

This event is open to the public and is free of charge.
