MATTAPOISETT — The Mattapoisett Library will host  a “Sharpie tye-dye event on Aug. 7 at 1 p.m. to allow patrons to make colorful t-shirts. The library will provide materials, but participants may supplement library materials if they have a specific design in mind. Tye dyers should sign up by July 31
