The Sippican Lands Trust is moving from its office next to Uncle Jon's to a new space at 156 Front St. in Marion Village, next door to Spirits.

The move was made possible by Dr. Chuong Pham, who is graciously donating the office to the Lands Trust, a nonprofit organization. Pham, a dentist and an environmentalist loves the outdoors and spending time on SLT properties, according to a press release from the Lands Trust.

The move will be complete by April 1 and an open house is planned for Saturday, April 1 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
