The streets in Marion’s village were shut down on Halloween as parents and children roamed from house to house to trick-or-treat. The festivities started at 4 p.m. with the Marion Art Center’s annual parade, which began in front of the Music Hall and wound through Marion center. Leading the way were music teacher Hannah Moore and select drummers from the Sippican School band.
