Three candidates vie for Marion School Committee seats

MARION — The race is on for two open seats on the Marion School Committee, and three residents have declared their candidacy for the posts.
First-time candidate Mirian Nawoichik is facing incumbents Mary Beauregard and Nichole Nye McGaffey.
The Marion town election will be held on Friday, May 12 at the Cushing Community Center. Polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
