Mattapoisett Town Clerk is collecting 2012 census forms. Forms were mailed out in the beginning of January.

If you have not received a census form, call the Town Clerk’s office at 508-7580-4103, ext. 2 and your census information will be taken over the phone.

If you are a voter and fail to respond to the census, your voting status could be affected.

Please check all of the information on the form, make any corrections, sign and return to P.O. Box 89, or you may drop it off at the Town Hall as soon as possible.
