Twist and shout at free yoga classes

MATTAPOISETT—Namaste a while at the Mattapoisett library’s free six-week summer yoga series on the library's lawn beginning Thursday, June 26th, at 10:30 a.m.

The series will continue every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. until July 31 at the library located at 7 Barstow Street in Mattapoisett. 

Andrea DeVeau-Cabral will guide the sessions. In the event of inclement weather, contact the library for updates. This is an adaptable experience for all levels of physical ability. No registration is required.
