MATTAPOISETT—A collision at the intersection of Prospect Road and Route 6 occurred the night of Wednesday, April 26.

According to Mattapoisett Fire Department Chief Andrew Murray, no one was injured during the crash. 

“Both [cars] went off the road,” said Murray. 

Murray said that the Mattapoisett Fire Department responded by clearing the road of hazards and assisted traffic. 

The Mattapoisett Police Department has not responded to request for comment.
