MATTAPOISETT — From a seasonal yard sale to Halloween events, the Mattapoisett Museum has a number of events for all this month.

Pre-holiday yard sale
The museum will hold a yard sale on Saturday, Oct. 23, from noon to 4 p.m. Seasonal decorations, wreaths and single stem florals will be available amongst other things from past museum yard sales. If the weather is inclement, the sale will be held in the Carriage House. All money raised will go to the Mattapoisett Museum.

Old Time Fiddle Session
Join the museum for a gathering of traditional string band musicians and music lovers on Sunday, Oct. 24 at 1 p.m., with Old Time Fiddle Session.

Happy hauntings
Saturday, Oct. 30 from noon to 4 p.m., experience Happy Hauntings at the Mattapoisett Museum. Join the museum for spooky stories, a scavenger hunt, tarot card readings, and crafts. Registration is required for this event and can be completed online at mattapoisettmuseum.org.
