The Mattapoisett Water and Sewer Commissioners have put in place a voluntary water ban as a result of drought conditions this summer.

Commissioners ask those in town to only do outdoor watering on even or odd dates, corresponding to even or odd addresses. Watering should only be done between 6 and 8 a.m. and 6 and 8 p.m.
