Her children have graduated from Sippican School, but Christine Winters said she’s not done yet.

“I want to see the school taken to the next level and become a blue ribbon school,” said the two-term committee member.

Winters holds a masters degree of science in taxation from Northeastern University. She volunteers for the budget sub-committee.

In that role, she’s been an advocate of having the town and committee work together to ensure that each dollar spent on education is maximized.
