To the Editor:

Great thanks to Jennifer Rusinoski who has done a remarkable job organizing the Easter basket making for senior citizens, those handmade gifts from Old Hammondtown and Center School students delivered to senior citizens in town always hit the right note.

Seniors look forward to this delightful treat every year, but more so this year after the long frigid winter and record breaking snowfall. We appreciate the thoughts and the generous spirit of everyone who participated in making the Easter basket project a success.
