The Mattapoisett Track Club is sponsoring an adult dance on Holmes Wharf on August 20 from 8 to 11 p.m.

Club members note that the dance may bring back memories for attendees who danced Thursday nights away on the wharf during their teenage years.

The cost of admission is $10. All money raised will go toward the summer track program.
