Whether you've always wanted to try basket weaving, or you just want a spiffy way to hold your wine bottles, the Marion Council on Aging can help.

The Council on Aging is holding a two-part basket weaving class, led by Patty Batson. Class begins on Tuesday, October 10 and continues on Tuesday, October 17. Both class sessions run from 9-11 a.m. at the Benjamin D. Cushing Community Center, 465 Mill Street, Marion.

The class will be working on a wine basket—beginners are welcome to join.

A $25 fee includes both class tuition and supplies.

Pre-registration required is required. Call 508-748-3570 to reserve a spot.
