Sippican Lands Trust‘s Executive Director Jim Bride will be leading a late fall walk at Hagemann Woods in Marion on November 17.

The plot is a 23-acre parcel featuring white pines, oaks, red maples, and mixed wetlands that provide a wide range of wildlife habitat.

The walk will begin at 10 a.m. The parking area for Hagemann Woods is located off Point Road, approximately two miles south of the intersection of Route 6 (Wareham Road) and Point Road in Marion.

The walk is free and no registration is required. Participants are encouraged to bring water and dress appropriately for the day’s weather, as only the worst weather will cancel a Lands Trust walk. If a walk is canceled, then information will be posted to the Sippicans Lands Trust website, www.sippicanlandstrust.org.
