Network group offered for job-seekers over 50

Feb 16, 2018

Job searching has evolved these days, with online resumes, job searches, and networking events.

Now there is a job-seekers networking group to help people 50 and over navigate the new waters—from resume editing to working with LinkedIn, and getting used to networking.

The group is meant for those who are unemployed, actively looking, underemployed, seeking new career direction, re-entering the job market after a long gap or even retired and looking for a "second act career."

Meetings are held from 1-3 p.m. on the first Thursday of every month at Marion's Council on Aging.
