Rochester's emergency shelter, located at the Rochester Senior Center on Dexter Lane, has opened. It is open to all residents.

Those concerned about driving in the storm can call the Council on Aging to get a ride.

Snacks will be provided, and visitors can charge phones and other electronic devices at the shelter.
