Craft fair to benefit youth in transition, vendors sought

A craft fair fundraiser will be held on Aug. 18, to help raise funds for social activities for transitional aged youth, ages 18-26, living with a mental health condition in the Southeast region, which includes Marion, Mattapoisett and Rochester.

The fair will be a lively family-oriented event with live music, face-painting, raffles, and unique crafts, products and services, and more, organizers said.

Crafters and vendors are needed for the Aug. 18, fundraiser to provide activities for transitional aged youth, ages 18 to 26, living with a mental health condition.

The craft fair will take place the Massachusetts Dept. of Mental Health, located at 38 Industrial Park Road, Plymouth. A 10-foot- by-10-foot booth space cost $25, exclusive of table and chairs. To reserve booth space, contact Barbara at 508-746-3605 or Sheila at 781-934-5086.

The craft fair is sponsored by Southeast Recovery Learning Community and hosted by NAMI Plymouth Area and Massachusetts Dept. of Mental Health.
