MARION – Sippican Woman’s Club will hold their first Fall meeting on Friday, September 9 at 12:30 pm at their clubhouse “Handy’s Tavern.” The clubhouse is located on 152 Front Street in Marion.

Weather permitting, they will meet in the backyard. This will be a welcome back gathering for members and guests. If you are not a member and would like to find out about the club, this is an opportune time to meet members and find out who the club is, about the work they do and what their program calendar is for the upcoming year.

A bag lunch prepared by Shipyard Galley will be served with a $3 minimal charge.

These are the sandwich choices:

• ANNIE OAKLEY - roast beef, Amer. cheese, green leaf lettuce, tomato, red onion & Tiger Sauce.
• BAY CLUB - chicken salad, bacon, and cranberry chutney.
• VEGGIE - Boursin cheese, green leaf lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, sprouts, carrots, and sweet peppers.
