MARION — The Sippican Lands Trust is seeking help to lower and lift the pole that will hold up a newly constructed osprey platform at Osprey Marsh.

The work party will be Saturday, Dec. 28 at 1 p.m.

The pole at Osprey Marsh is hinged and needs to be lowered to replace the top platform. It “will require two short bursts of muscle,” according to Sippican Lands Trust.

Those bursts will be spread out by looking at the winter ducks in Planting Island Cove while a couple workers put the new platform on top.
