The Mattapoisett Lions Club will hold its annual Youth Speech Competition on November 14 at 7 p.m. at the Mattapoisett Chowder House.

The contest is open to all Marion, Mattapoisett and Rochester students in grades 10, 11 and 12. This year’s topic is “What is the power of ‘just one’?” All speeches must be a minimum of five minutes and cannot exceed ten.

All participants must register by November 9.
