Seth Mendell will present his rescheduled "The History of Russian Under the Tsars" at the Mattapoisett Free Public Library.  The talk will cover the reigns of Alexander II, the Reformer; Alexander III, the Reactionary; and Nicholas II, the last Romanov. Such personalities as Lenin, Rasputin and Trotsky will be discussed in the context of the 1917 Revolution.  This program is sponsored by the Mattapoisett Free Public Library and the Mattapoisett Historical Society.
