Altogether, 36 runners and walkers competed in the “alumni fun run” 5K, raising more than $500 for the Old Rochester cross country and track programs, according to coach Jessica Pilla.
“It was a really great event,” Pilla said.
Nolan Bushnell, an Old Rochester senior and cross country runner, won the race with a time of 18:31.
This was the first year the race has been held, according to Pilla.
“We used this year as a trial run to gauge interest, and look forward to seeing it grow and improve in coming years,” Pilla said.
