Anne M. (Campbell) Carnazza Lynch, 92

MARION – Anne M. (Campbell) Carnazza Lynch, 92, formerly of Spencer and Worcester, died Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Sippican Health Care Center, Marion.

Her husband of 21 years, William J. Lynch, died in 2014. She leaves two surviving sons, Stephen Carnazza and his wife Susan Schwager of Marion and James Carnazza and his wife Cory of Holden; a daughter-in-law, Stephanie Carnazza of Auburn; a son-in-law, Wayne Mowatt of Maine; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Anne was predeceased by three sons, Joseph, John, and Paul Carnazza; three daughters, Susan Carnazza, Mary Mowatt, and AnneMarie Carnazza, her first husband Paul J. Carnazza, and a brother, George H. Campbell III. She was born in Worcester, daughter of George H. and Gertrude (Hall) Campbell.  

Anne was a secretary at Quinsigamond Community College. She was a member of the Worcester County Model A Club, past president of the Emerald Club, and past president of Worcester Parents Without Partners. Anne was a great cook, she specialized in budget/gourmet meals for a family of 10. She enjoyed music, dancing, watching the many birds at her feeders, and spending time with her family. Anne had a strong relationship with the Lord, saying the rosary daily, always remembering those in need.

A funeral Mass will be held Friday, June 4, 2021 at 10:00 am at Blessed Sacrament Church, 555 Pleasant St, Worcester. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours will be held Thursday, June 3 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester.
