Attend an upcoming Bible study, storytime and baptism

MATTAPOISETT — The Lamb of God Christian Church of Mattapoisett will be presenting several events this August and September.

On Wednesday, Aug. 20 an Adult Bible Study will be held at the Mattapoisett Free Public Library in the lower meeting room. This event will take place from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

On Tuesday, Sept. 2 there will be a children’s Bible Story Time” for children, parents and caregivers. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the lower meeting room of the Mattapoisett Free Public Library. Parents or caregivers are required to accompany children.

On Saturday, Aug 30 there will be outdoor public christian baptisms from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The baptisms will occur at 24 County Road in the parking lot next to Ying Dynasty. Bring appropriate clothing to be immersed in water.
