Bikes, bridge games at Taber Library
Bike Lending Program
The Elizabeth Taber Library offering their bike lending program for the second time in the summer of 2017. Starting the week of July 10, library patrons (18 and over) will be allowed to check out a bicycle and helmet for three days with a Marion library card.
Patrons will need to provide their library card and license, as well as sign a waiver form before taking the bike out for a spin around Marion.

Bridge Benefit Game
The Elizabeth Taber Library's Bridge Benefit Committee is inviting bridge enthusiasts to participate in a duplicate bridge game with Director Alan Hudson on Friday, August 4 at the Marion Music Hall.
The entry fee is $35. Space is limited; to make a reservation, send a check to the Elizabeth Taber Library. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m., and tournament play will begin at 2:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be offered, along with tournament prizes and a selection of raffle prizes.
All proceeds raised will be used to enhance the programs and services offered by the Elizabeth Taber Library. The bridge fundraiser is sponsored by Kinlin Grover Real Estate.
