MARION — A little bird told Sippican Week that Marion Natural History Museum is hosting “Birds of Panama: The Amazing Birds that Bridge the Americas” on Friday, Feb. 28 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 

Hosted by Justin Barett of the Manomet Bird Observatory, the hour-long program features information on the vibrant wildlife of Panama's toucans, hawks, sloths and more. Panama’s unique geographic location as a bridge between North and South America puts the country in the unique position to facilitate movement and migration of numerous species, especially birds.
