MATTAPOISETT — The Tour de Crème features the sweetest bike tours on the South Coast.

Hosted by the Mattapoisett Land Trust and the Friends of the Mattapoisett Rail Trail on Sunday, June 1, these bicycle rides offer a tour of various South Coast creameries and ends with a seaside party.

Three rain or shine tours will start and end in Mattapoisett, including a 9-mile tour that starts at 12 p.m., a 25-mile tour departing at 11 a.m. and a 45-mile tour that begins at 10 a.m.

The 9-mile tour will stop at Dorothy Cox Candies and Seaport Ice Cream Slip.

The 25-mile tour stops at Dorothy Cox Candies, West Island Creamery and Fieldstone Market Ice Cream.

The 45-mile ride will visit Country Whip, the Robins Nest, Captain Bonney’s, a McGraw’s Back Porch Ice Cream pop-up and West Island Creamery.
