MATTAPOISETT — Self-described “stand-up chameleon” Jackson Gillman is set to give a performance that will transport the audience into “A Midwinter Night’s Dream” on Saturday, Feb. 1 at 3 p.m. at the Mattapoisett Friends Meeting.

Centered around Groundhog Day, the performance features a courageous groundhog named Dreyfus who embarks on an adventure that leads him through the icy depths of winter and the audience is led to wonder, “Is it a groundhog or Jackson who leaves his den?”

The fantastical show is meant for a general audience and families. Children over the age of 6 can follow the story and enjoy it as well.
