MATTAPOISETT — On Sunday, May 12, celebrate Mother’s Day by going for a run.

“Run like a Mother 5K” will start and finish at Mattapoisett Town Wharf. The race will start at 8:30 a.m.

The event is open to all ages.

All proceeds will benefit mothers battling postpartum depression on the South Coast of Massachusetts, according to a press release.
