Saint Rose of Lima Family in Rochester and Saints Martha and Mary Parish in Lakeville and Sacred Parish in Middleboro recently installed a new collaborative pastor, Father John Sheridan. Saint Rose will celebrate his arrival with a number of events leading up to Christmas. On Dec. 11 at 7 p.m., Confirmation students will lead a family rosary session with songs, soloists and an introduction on how to pray the rosary.

A Christmas tree lighting and remembrance evening is set for Dec. 14 following the 5 p.m. Mass at St. Rose. White ribbons are available the weekend of Dec. 7 at all three churches for people to write names of those they would like remembered. The ribbons will be collected and hung on the remembrance tree.
