MATTAPOISETT — Dawson Real Estate added two new Realtors to its office this month. 

Linda Moffatt is a native of the South Coast and is well known for her work as a physical therapist for local school systems, as well as, the Southcoast Hospital System. Her excellent interpersonal relationships and caring nature have been always evident, and she carries these attributes forward to her new clients in the real estate field. A past member of the Mattapoisett Planning Board, Linda has had her real estate license since 1980 and is now devoting more time to this new endeavor. Jennifer Capobianco has been a long-time summer resident of Mattapoisett and has recently moved to the town full-time. She brings with her successful experience as a Top Producer for Millennium Realty in Mendon. Jennifer is very skilled in her profession. She is currently a member of the Mattapoisett Land Trust and the Mattapoisett Historical Museum. Throughout her career she has been knowledgeable in new construction and rehabilitation projects and is currently restoring the family antique home.
