MARION — Author and dementia expert Kelly McCarthy will present her book “Brass Ring Memoirs” on why her method is an effective and important tool for communicating with, and caring for those affected by memory challenges at the Marion Council on Aging on Monday, Aug. 5 at 12:30 p.m.

McCarthy has over 20 years of experience in management within assisted living and memory care communities. She is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and certified Dementia Practitioner.

The first six attendees to RSVP to 508-748-3570 will receive a signed copy of McCarthy’s book.
