Diane Marie Andrews, 62, of North Dartmouth, formerly of Marion and Wareham, passed away January 1 at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Manuel and Priscilla (Fidalgo) Andrews, Sr.

Diane was born in Wareham and attended Wareham and Rochester public schools, graduating from Old Rochester Regional High School. She was an avid sports fan and played basketball for Old Rochester.

She most recently worked for Sally Beauty Supply, and enjoyed her visits to Twin Rivers.

She is survived by her daughters, Aleesha Andrews-Shelton of Atlanta, GA and Danielle Andrews of New Bedford. She is the sister of Darla Singletary of CA, Christian Andrews of New Bedford, Manuel Andrews Jr. of New Bedford, Marlene Andrews of Onset, Najla Nuri of CA, Ray Andrews of Marion, Frank Andrews of Taunton, Tina Andrews of Boston, John Andrews of Marion, and Sheila Mattos of East Wareham.

She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many loving relatives and friends. She is the sister of the late David Andrews.
