MARION — On Wednesday, July 2 Plymouth County entomologist Blake Diniuis led a search for dragonflies and damselflies with the Marion Natural History Museum’s community group.

Exploring Marion’s predators of the insect world, the group saw blue darters and several species of damselflies.

Despite the wet conditions, Dinius was able to give the group pointers to look underneath leaves and trees, revealing more insect species in addition to dragonflies.
