Drawing from Nature to be presented by natural history museum

Feb 22, 2022

MARION _ As part of the celebration of its 150th anniversary, the Marion Natural History Museum presents Drawing from Nature, a free, self-paced program.

Drawing a natural item, such as a leaf, shell or insect, increases observational skills and knowledge about that item.

Images will be available on the website to get a clear three-dimensional view of the items. Specimens will be switched out every few weeks until May 1.

The first specimen is a white-tailed deer skull.

For more information and to view the first specimen, visit https://marionmuseum.org/nature-illustration.

This program is free and no registration is required.
