MARION — Still have the need to read even though Elizabeth Taber Library is closed? No problem! The facility is now operating out of Marion Music Hall at 164 Front Street for the rest of February while construction continues.

The temporary library location will still host events throughout the month, including at “Kids Embroidery Program and Full Moon Party” on Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 3 p.m. and “Swipe Right: A Night of Romance Novels and Reviews” on Thursday, Feb. 13 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for ages 18 and up.

A copper stamping workshop with jewelry artist Heather Beck is set for every Saturday in March from 1 p.m. to 2 :30 p.m. in the permanent library location.

Registration for this event is reserved via email by contacting ETLibrary@sailsinc.org or by registering in person at the Marion Music Hall. The stamping workshops are for participants ages 12 or older. Those interested should register as soon as possible as space is limited for this event.
