ROCHESTER — The Friends of Plumb Library will be holding their Annual Meeting on Thursday, Oct. 17 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

The meeting is open to all members of the Friends and the public, and will be held at the Plumb Library.

On the agenda are new by-laws governing the nonprofit, voting for next year’s new slate of officers, and an annual review of programs and events the group funded.

The Friends of Plumb Library provide resources for program enrichment and to encourage public awareness of the services and accomplishments of the Library,
