Generational fun coming to the Rochester Council on Aging
ROCHESTER — For the third year in a row, the Rochester Council on Aging is hosting a community fair.
The OxCart food truck will be at the community fair, which will also be the only food truck at the event.
At the fair, boy scouts will have some games set up and the Rochester Historical Society will have some activities for kids, such as colonial children’s games.
There will also be a canine demonstration where law enforcement officers will show off the abilities of their dogs.
Craft tables, non-profit information tables and the Plymouth County’s Extension will have displays on how to prevent tick and mosquito bites will also be at the fair.
“This is just a lot of different activities for the community, for both young and old that day,” said Rochester Council on Aging Executive Director Eric Poulin.
The fair, which goes from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, will be held at the Rochester Council on Aging at 67 Dexter Lane.
