MATTAPOISETT — Karin Barrows will be the next Mattapoisett School Committee representative on the Joint School Committee.
The Mattapoisett School Committee met on Aug. 23 to appoint a new member to the joint committee, and unanimously agreed on Barrows.
The spot on the Joint School Committee was left vacant after former chair Shannon Finning resigned, citing disagreement with Mattapoisett School Committee Chair Jim Muse.
