NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Mattapoisett Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall on the Request for a Determination of Applicability submitted by David Kiernan, 14 North St., Mattapoisett MA.

The proposed project is to replace the single story addition, add a 2nd story to accomodate an ADA compliant stairway to the 2nd floor. Move utilities out of basement. Add a 2 car garage. The project is located at 14 North Street, Mattapoisett MA and is further identified as Lot 149 on Assessor Map 9.
