ROCHESTER – Kick of the holiday season with the Town of Rochester’s Tree Lighting event, scheduled for Monday, Dec. 5 at 5 p.m.

This year, the town is planning to try some new things, including having a “town sing-a-long.” They will still have Santa arrive in the firetruck with candy canes, and the winner of the poster contest will press the button to light the tree.
