ROCHESTER – Lois C. (Phillips) Straffin, 81, of Rochester, passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side on September 22, 2022. She was the wife of Richard W. Straffin.

Her memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at the First Congregational Church, 11 Constitution Way, Rochester.
