MARION — Sailboats will dot the waters in Buzzards Bay Friday, June 20 as the Marion Bermuda Race returns.

Online registration is open until Wednesday, June 11. Racers will take off from Marion toward the islands of Bermuda.

New this year is a division for boats capable of racing offshore. Boats in this division will be required to be at least 32 feet length overall and sailing with a Performance Handicap Racing Fleet, New England Time on Time certificate.

Within the division, there will be two classes: an electronically navigated class and a celestially navigated class
