The Marion Concert Band continues its Friday evening concert series with a Young People's Concert on Friday, July 17. The program will include a storyteller, a hands-on “rhythm band” piece and the opportunity for children in the audience to "guest conduct" the band.

Walt Disney Overture - J. Christensen

Shrek Dance Party - arr. P. Murtha

The concert, under the direction of Tobias Monte, will begin at 7 p.m. at the Robert Broomhead Bandstand, Island Wharf off Front Street. All concerts are free and open to the public.
