MARION — The 2025 Memorial Day Remembrances and Procession in Marion will commence on Monday, May 26 at 9 a.m.

Starting from Marion Music Hall, the procession will march just over half a mile up Front Street to the Veterans’ Memorial at Old Landing. At the Veterans’ Memorial, the town will pay tribute to the military’s “honored dead.”

The Sippican School Marching Band and The Portuguese American Band will perform during the event, with Technical Sergeant Mandy Givens of the Massachusetts Air National Guard serving as Master of Ceremonies.

Residents are encouraged to attend the remembrances at the Veterans’ Memorial and stand along the parade route on Front Street between Cottage Street and Ryder Lane.
