MARION – The Marion Select Board and the Marion Board of Health are seeking one individual to fill a vacancy on the Board of Health until the next town election on May 12, 2023.

The Board of Health is an elected regulatory board charged with the protection of public health. It does this by developing, implementing, and enforcing public health policies. The board’s responsibilities include but are not limited to reviewing variances to Title V septic system or using regulatory power to develop regulations.
